Communities worth putting our name on — because the name on the sign and the name on the lease are the same one.
Brandin and Brittany Pettersen bought their first park in 2022 with a clear idea of what it should be. Four communities later, the approach hasn’t changed. We take over neglected properties, fix what’s broken, and build communities people are proud to live in.
We handle lawn care at every park. We respond to maintenance requests through the portal. We don’t have a call center — when you reach out, you reach us. That’s the whole model.
A community is only as good as who’s running it. We put our name on these because we intend to be running them for a long time.
