Brandin and Brittany Pettersen bought their first park in 2022 with a clear idea of what it should be.
Four communities later, the approach hasn’t changed. We take over neglected properties, fix what’s broken, and build communities people are proud to live in.
We handle lawn care at every park. We respond to maintenance requests through the portal. We don’t have a call center — when you reach out, you reach us. That’s the whole model.
